I can't finish my order - I keep clicking "Continue" and am brought back to the same screen. Make sure that you are choosing something for each available option. For example, if you don't want a spine title or volume number you must choose "Omit" for those choices. Once every option has been picked, a box for the quantity and an "Add to Order" button will be available.
Clicking on "Add to Order" keeps taking me back to the same screen. Please enter a quantity in the quantity field - it is at the bottom of the page just before the "Add to Order" button.
On the checkout page, I have filled in all of my information and I still keep getting a message that says "You must enter a Customer Name, Address, State, Zip, E-Mail address and full Phone Number!" Enter your phone number without dashes and try submitting again.
